Due to the custom nature of our services once orders are placed changes can not be made.

No refunds will be issued unless subject listed on the order is NOT photographed for their individual photo package.

Any disputed charges resolved in studios favor are subject to all additional bank fees incurred plus a $15.00 studio "handling fee".

Studio is NOT responsible for order options not filled out correctly (please be sure all information is filled out correctly BEFORE you order.)

Because pose selection, color interpretation and cropping are subjective - Studio will not remake orders based on subjective pose selection, color or crop interpretation. Studio reserves final say in matters of pose selection, color and cropping.

Refunded orders will be processed LESS THE CREDIT CARD/PAYPAL PROCESSING FEES.
